32,000+ lives impacted in just over five years — and we're only getting started. Outdoor. Adaptive-inclusive. Community-driven. Strength is for everyone.
Big Tire Bootcamp started with one tire on a grass field and one belief: nobody should be priced out, abled out, or shamed out of getting strong.
Today we operate as the AMVETS Hawai'i Human Performance Center at the West Oahu Veterans Center — Hawaii's #1 outdoor group fitness training center, Hawaii's only adaptive fitness program, and Oahu's first and only Spartan DEKA affiliate.
Veterans train free. Active duty train free. Families train together. Adaptive athletes train alongside everyone else — because integration is the medicine.
Our original goal was to change 10,000 lives through fitness — and in just over five years we blew past it. We've now impacted more than 32,000 lives, so we raised the bar: our mission is to change 100,000 lives. That's not a slogan. That's a counted number we're working toward, one session at a time.

When a wheelchair athlete walked onto our field five years ago and said "I just want to train" — we figured it out. Today, that conversation is built into our DNA. We don't have an adaptive class. We have adaptive coaching, in every class.
No card. No commitment. Just show up and find out what you're made of.
