About Bootcamp Sessions

Big Tire Bootcamp is Hawaii's #1 outdoor group fitness experience. Coach-led, station-based, and built to train all seven planes of motion. You'll sweat, you'll lift, and you'll flip the big tire together.

What To Expect

Class Format

Works all 7 planes of motion.

  1. 01 → Brief & mission
  2. 02 → Warm-up: 6 static + 6 dynamic movements
  3. 03 → 10 stations · 2 min work / 1 min transition run
  4. 04 → 2 full laps through the circuit
  5. 05 → Flip the big tire — together
  6. 06 → Coaches Corner debrief

Common Questions

Do I need to be in shape to start?

No. Every movement is scaled to your level. Coaches modify on the fly.

What should I bring?

Water, a towel, and grit. Wear shoes you can run and lift in.

Is it really outdoor?

Yes — rain or shine, at AMVETS on Warrior Field, Ewa Beach.
