The warm-up is the most skipped, most rushed, and most misunderstood ten minutes in fitness — and it's the ten minutes that determine how much force you can produce, how well you move, and whether you finish the session feeling sharp or strained.

Here's what makes this worth your attention: a warm-up isn't a safety ritual you perform to appease the injury gods. Jogging, skipping, easy sled pushes, jumping jacks, a light row. You're looking for a genuine change in body temperature — a light sweat in Hawaii's climate arrives fast — not exhaustion. Activate and Mobilize run together across the next four to five minutes.
