Your membership includes structured group training plus access to strength equipment, free weights, a dedicated cardio room, adaptive training options, and unique obstacle-course features during normal operating hours.
Members are welcome to use the gym and cardio facilities during normal operating hours — not only during scheduled bootcamp sessions. Build strength, complete cardio work, or supplement your coached training on your own schedule.
Most people find us through the coached sessions on Warrior Field. Those are the backbone, and they are what the schedule is built around — but they are not the whole of what you are paying for. There is a strength floor, a cardio room and an obstacle field here too.
Access details — including any orientation, supervision or equipment sign-off we ask for — are covered with you at your first session, so you know exactly what is open to you before you turn up alone.
Tue/Wed/Thu 5:30 PM · Sat 6:00 AM. Those are the times a coach is programming and running the floor for everyone.
Facility use sits alongside them during normal operating hours. Call us on (808) 808-6337 and we will tell you what today looks like.
Machines for people who want a guided path, free weights for people who want the bar in their hands, and coaches who will tell you which one you actually need today.
Guided, stack-loaded resistance
Sandbags, bands, sleds and carries
Everything here can be loaded up or scaled down. Our coaches can help members select appropriate equipment and movement options based on their experience and abilities.
Dedicated equipment for the muscles along the back of your body — the ones that hold you upright all day and that most gym floors train almost by accident.
Controlled posterior-chain strengthening, back mobility and movement training — glutes, hamstrings and the muscles along the spine, worked through a range you can actually control rather than a range you can just about survive.
A coach will set the position and the load with you the first time. It is not a machine to guess at.
This is strength and mobility work. It is not physical therapy, and nothing here is offered as treatment for an injury or a medical condition.
Members recovering from an injury should follow the guidance of their physician, physical therapist, or qualified medical provider.
A room of its own, so conditioning is not something you squeeze in around whoever is on the field.
Standing or seated
Air resistance, arms and legs
The cardio room includes seated and adaptable training options, including equipment that can be used by some wheelchair athletes. Which machine suits you best depends on you — ask a coach and we will work it out together.
Every movement has a version. Seated, supported, single-arm, reduced-load — and using one is not a lesser workout, it is the workout.
Wheelchair athletes, amputees, visually impaired athletes and people coming back from a long time off all train on this floor, in the same sessions as everyone else. The equipment and the coaching are set up for that on purpose, not improvised when somebody turns up.

Big Tire Bootcamp offers specialized obstacle-course features that are rarely available at traditional gyms. Members can build grip strength, climbing ability, coordination, confidence, and race-specific skills using real training obstacles.
Pull a weighted bag to the top and lower it under control
Angled wall with a rope assist
Traverse sideways on narrow blocks
Obstacle availability may depend on scheduled training, weather, coach supervision, orientation, and individual readiness. Follow all posted rules and coach instructions.
These support obstacle-course race preparation — grip at the rope, carries, wall work and the skills a race actually tests. They are our own training obstacles, not officially certified Spartan equipment.
Spartan Race PrepYou trained outdoors in Ewa Beach. You are going to want a rinse.
For rinsing off after training — not a locker-room shower
The shower is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after training — useful after a sandy or muddy session, but it is not a locker-room shower. Plan your change of clothes accordingly.
Your first seven days are free and no card is required. Walk the floor, use the equipment, meet the coaches, and decide afterward.
Veterans and active-duty service members train free with valid ID, always.
No. Your membership covers the coached sessions and the facility itself. You are welcome to come in during normal operating hours to lift, do cardio, or finish work you started in a session.
No. Every session is coach-led, and outside of class our coaches can help you pick equipment and movement options that suit your experience and ability. Nobody is left to work it out from a diagram on the wall.
The cardio room includes seated and adaptable training options, including equipment that can be used by some wheelchair athletes. What works best depends on the athlete, so talk to a coach and we will set you up.
Not automatically. Obstacle availability depends on scheduled training, weather, coach supervision, orientation and individual readiness. Ask a coach what is open on the day and follow the posted rules.
The obstacles support Spartan-style obstacle training and obstacle-course race preparation — grip, climbing, carries and wall work. They are our own training obstacles, not officially certified Spartan equipment.
There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after training, plus clean restrooms. It is an outdoor rinse, not a locker room, so plan accordingly.
